How Unsaid works
Ask, discuss and review anonymously. A few simple rules keep it honest, useful and safe for everyone.
Never name or expose private people
No full names, phone numbers, addresses, photos, workplaces or anything that identifies a private person. Public businesses and products are fine to review.
Be honest, not cruel
Criticism is welcome. Bullying, harassment, threats and hate are not — they get removed.
Review what you experienced
Reviews should be about your own real experience. Fake reviews, paid reviews and reviewing your own business are not allowed.
No spam or ads
Don't post links to sell things, referral codes or the same message over and over.
Keep it legal and safe
No sexual content, nothing involving minors, no instructions for violence or crime.
Report, don't fight back
If something breaks these rules, tap Report. Posts with several reports are hidden until a moderator checks them.
How you stay anonymous
- There are no accounts. We never ask for your name, email or phone number.
- Your browser keeps a random code so you can like posts once and so the site knows when you reply in your own thread (you'll get an “Original poster” badge). The code is never shown to anyone.
- In every thread you get a different random name, like “Quiet Otter”, so your posts in different threads can't be linked together by other visitors.
- To stop spam, the server keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of your connection address for up to one hour to limit how often you can post. It is not shown on the site.
- Clearing your browser data gives you a new random code.
Removing a post
Posts that get several reports are hidden automatically and checked by a moderator. If something about you was posted, report it with the reason “Personal details about someone”.
